Nathan Eldrige (Buster) Patterson

Nathan Eldrige (Buster) Patterson, 46, died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Candler Hospital, Savannah, GA. He was born December 20, 1969 in Roanoke Rapids, NC to Ollie and Geraldine Patterson.  Nathan was employed by Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals and was a member of Islands Christian Church.  He was an avid Harley Davidson rider.

His family considered him to be an “Angel on earth”.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine K. Patterson, daughter, Elizabeth Patterson, son, Nate Patterson, sister, Kay Starbird, brothers, Ray Patterson, and Timmy Patterson, and also one nephew, and 14 nieces.

A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Islands Christian Church in Islands Christian Church..

A Memorial Service for Nathan Buster Patterson will also be held Friday January 29th in Roanoke Rapids at New Life Church of Christ at 7:00pm (1718 East 10th Street) in Roanoke Rapids.

Remembrances may be made to the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association.
