Linda Smith “Lynn” Liles, 76, of Littleton, died Monday January 25, 2016.
She was devoted to her husband, loved her grandchildren, they were her joy.
She was a life-long active member of her church, member of the DAR, red hat society.
An avid reader, she loved to line dance, travel and drive anything with wheels.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Willis Elton “Sam” Liles; their three sons Sammy Liles and his wife, Donna of Littleton; Neal Liles and his, wife Jackie of Littleton and Mickey Liles and his, wife Gloria of Nashville, NC; two sisters Dean Wollett of Roanoke Rapids and Jackie Warren and her, husband Alton of Hollister; Four grandchildren Chas Liles, Zach Liles, Jonah Liles and Sarah Liles.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday January 27, 2016 at 11 A.M. in the Chapel of Askew Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Stan Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Tabor United Methodist Church Cemetery in Aurelian Springs.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Corinth United Methodist Church, c/o Barbara Aycock 2468 Bowers Road Littleton, NC 27850 or Camp Willow Springs, 190 Mangum Lane Littleton, NC 27850.
