Margaret Ann Kleinschmidt, 72, died at her home on Friday, March 4, 2016.
She was a Registered Nurse who cared for her patients, as well as her family, friends and neighbors, with an enormous degree of love and compassion; she was an amazing caregiver. She was a loving and nurturing wife, mother, and grandmother, and often described as the “glue which held all of us together."
Margaret was also very crafty and could fix and repair anything.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Snyder.
Surviving is her husband, James Kleinschmidt of the home; son Mark Kleinschmidt and partner, Matt DeBellis; daughter, Michelle Kleinschmidt-Hoover, both of Chapel Hill; and sisters, Shirley Weaver of Savannah, GA and Lois Snyder of Bluffton, SC; granddaughter, Asia-Marie Terrell of Chapel Hill, sister in law Karen Brown of Woodbury, MN, and brother in law, Jeff Bonniwell of Oakdale, MN.
Rev. Bev Hux will conduct a service of remembrance Thursday, March 10, 2016, at 11 a.m at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, 300 Mosby Ave. Littleton, NC 27850.
Immediately following the service, the family invites all who are able to join them for refreshments in the fellowship hall.
